Although there were times when consumer confidence cooled, such as the bursting of the bubble and the collapse of Lehman Brothers, we saw this as a good time to invest and have developed our business by sharing the core competencies of our existing businesses, such as car inspection and maintenance and travel vehicle rental, while diversifying risk.
